Repair process
STEP.01
Consultation and storage
Please bring your shoes directly to the store or contact us using the dedicated form. Just let us know the condition, such as tears, fraying, or peeling soles. Our staff will check the condition and let you know whether repairs are possible, as well as the estimated cost and delivery time.
STEP.01
Estimate and start repairs
We will take your item and contact you with a formal quote.
Repairs will begin only after you are satisfied with the contents. Minor repairs will be carried out in-store, while those requiring specialized work will be handled by a workshop or manufacturer.
STEP.01
Repair completed
Once the repair is complete, we will contact you by phone or email. You can either pick up and pay at the store, or have it delivered (shipping fees apply).

"Repairing" is also a way to be kind to nature
Use a piece of clothing, a backpack, or equipment for a long time.
It is also a choice to reduce waste, curb resource consumption, and protect the mountains.
Elk believes that "repairing and continuing to use" is an important part of outdoor culture.
At the same time, we believe that it is our responsibility as sellers to ensure that customers continue to use our products.
Return to the same mountain with your favorite gear.
We will support you from behind the scenes every step of the way.
FAQ
FAQ
Important Notices (Requests to Customers)
● We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur when repaired products are used.
Use of repaired items is at your own discretion.
● The condition of the item is the first priority when deciding whether or not it can be repaired.
Sometimes it's hard to judge from just a photo.
In particular, with tents and clothing, the possibility of repair may vary depending on the deterioration of the fabric and the condition of the seam tape.
● Manufacturer parts may be discontinued.
Zippers, parts, and hardware may become obsolete over the years, and we may need to provide you with an alternative product or suggest an alternative method.
● If the condition is significantly deteriorated, repair may not be possible.
If the fabric is powdery, sticky, or the tear is extensive, the repair may not take effect.
In that case, we will also provide you with replacement options.
● Delivery times vary greatly depending on the content.
Simple repairs: A few days to a week Manufacturer repairs: 2 to 4 weeks During busy periods, it may take longer.
● Please feel free to contact us first.
We welcome consultations even at the stage of "Can this be fixed?" or "Which is better?"
Our staff will carefully check your situation and suggest the best solution.
